Both options are carefully packed, finished with a bow, and designed to arrive beautifully.
Product Availability
Because many of our products are sourced from small makers and specialty vendors, occasional substitutions may be necessary.

If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll thoughtfully replace it with something of equal or greater value—ensuring the overall quality, presentation, and experience of your gift remains exactly as intended.
Large & Custom Orders
For custom and large-scale gifting, timelines and shipping details are coordinated with you directly.

Once your design is approved and items are secured, we manage packing, tracking, and delivery—ensuring everything arrives exactly as intended.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping is limited as we refine our processes.
If you have a specific request, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to explore options where possible.
Returns & Issues
Because many of our gifts are custom or curated to order, we do not offer standard returns.
